I started playing goal in 1995. Thirty years later, I'm still in the crease — just from the other side of it now, coaching the next generation of puck stoppers at Great Park Ice in Irvine.

Hockey gave me everything. My wife is a goalie. We met through the game. Our oldest is already eyeing the crease. This sport isn't just something I do — it's the thread running through my entire life.

So when I got tired of hockey apparel that treated goalies like an afterthought, I did something about it.

At the height of Gongshow's hold on hockey culture, every brand was about goal scorers. Sick dangles. Tape-to-tape feeds. The only time goalies showed up was a mask graphic or a Friday the 13th reference — like the only thing interesting about us is that we look like serial killers.

We're not Jason. We're the reason your team is still in the game.
